Skoda Yeti 4x2 hitted the india market

Skoda India has launched the 4x2 variant of Skoda Yeti today Apparently, we are the first one to get the wind of the new variant launch. Now, Skoda Yeti price is one of the most important factors to dwell upon. As expected, the price has been slashed a bit, Skoda Yeti 4x2 price is placed lower than its 4x4 variant at Rs 13,35,831(ex-showroom Vashi). But what we do have is the full details of the engine specifications for the 4x2 version. The same 2.0 L turbo diesel engine, but with a varied power output is affixed in the 4x2 variant. The storage capacity in the boot space is 416 l, while the fuel tank capacity is compromised slightly with 55 l against 60 l capacity on the 4x4 variant. The new 4x2 variant is lighter than the 4x4 at 1960 kg gross weight resulting in a lower kerb weight of 1445 kg as compared to the 1543 kg in the 4x4 variant. Skoda Yeti 4x2 variant will have the same 7.0Jx16 alloy wheels with the tyres measuring 215/60 R16. The braking system, suspensions are just about the same as the 4x4 variant. Quite a few safety and comfort features are traded for placing a competitive price for Sloda Yeti 4x2. The side airbags, parking sensors, lumbar support, rain sensing wipers, the in-vogue touch screen audio system with LCD screen, audio controls on steering wheel, automatic climate control along with its multi-functional display are all missing in the new variant.
